The ABCs of Healthy Hair- Part Deux

E is for Experiment!
Don't stay with a product just because it got rave reviews for everyone else. For example, if using coconut oil leaves your hair greasy, remember that you do not have to stick with coconut oil. There are literally endless hair products out there, it may take time to find out what works for you!

G is for Give it up!
I know that "YOLO" is the thing but, drugs of any kind are terrible for your hair! Like we need another reason to just leave it all alone. There's a reason that almost all addicts have icky hair! You are better than that ;) & if you don't believe me: Check out this!

H is for Homeopathic remedies
Supplements and natural treatments such as biotin,

masques and creams made of everyday foods and oils, herb waters, and vitamin or mineral supplements can benefit some people succeed with faster hair growth.

I is for Iron
Iron is necessary for the spread of oxygen to your cells (including your hair follicles) and aids your body use protein to build strong hair. Animal sources, such as lean meats, poultry, and eggs are are the easiest for your body to absorb. Good News vegetarians!  Beans, lentils, tofu, and soybeans are great sources of Iron.
