Here are some tips I've learned along the way. I'm not going to bombard you with A-Z though, that's overwhelming. (& I have yet to finish ;))

A
Appreciate the hair
on your head
A lot of
people like to use the term “good hair”. But the truth is, all hair is good
hair, if you can grow any amount of hair on your head, it it good! Just because
it’s straight or curly or a combination of the two (like me!) doesn’t mean your
hair is not good. Embrace what God gave you and love yourself!
B
Biotin
This is
also known as vitamin H. Biotin helps your hair and nails grown. It is also
great for your skin. It’s very unlikely
that you have a biotin deficiency because your body makes biotin; but you can
take it in pill form or you can eat foods like swiss chard, eggs and raspberries. You can put the swiss
chard and berries in a smoothie if you’re not adventurous with food and don’t
want to think about swiss chard
C
Vitamin C
Having a Vitamin C deficiency can cause dry, dull, and
weak hair that is prone to breakage .So Drink your OJ!
D
Deep conditioning
Conditioning
the hair you already have is super important. Your hair is not going to look
very long if the hair you worked so hair to grow keeps breaking off! Conditioning puts moisture back into your hair.
Most shampoos contain sulfates that strip your hair of moisture, and a good
conditioner puts is back in. My favorite deep conditioner is Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle. I've tried other ones from different brands, but I keep coming back to this. It smells amazing and comes in a purple tube, and everyone knows that the best things in life are purple! This conditioner is also like four bucks, which is extra awesome!
