Here is Michelle Wiliams walking down the street in A.P.C. Shorts and a polka dot top. I'll be honest, I could not find the specifics of this outfit anywhere. Probably because it's Michelle Williams just walking down the street. I wanter to recreate the look with items I could easily buy at the mall.
