Chamomile Blueberry Cookies

• 1/4 cup dried chamomile flowers
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/2 cup of blueberries

1. Carefully chop the chamomile blossoms and set aside. Cream the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and chamomile.
2. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Makes 30 medium sized cookies.

I adapted this from something that I saw on the internet. It was fun to make, not to mention quick and easy. Chamomile has a lot of healing qualities. It can treat cramps and help you sleep, & blueberries have anti aging properties. so these cookies are technically good for you (; I've been drinking this with chamomile tea and the cookies really bring out the flavor of the tea. You could say that I'm on a chamomile kick!
I bought this on a whim without really knowing what it was. Guys, it's a cookbook/coloring book/ holiday guide. So awesome! I see more of these in my future.

Notice the name change? I wanted something a little more simple (:
