Mushroom and Kale "Quesadillas"

This was not rocket science to make. I sautéed the mushrooms, and spread them out onto a tortilla that had cream of mushroom on it. The C.O.M. acted as the cheese in the quesadillas haha. Then, I put crumbled Kale chips (say that three times fast!) and folded it over. Then I browned the folded tortilla in a pan for a few minutes on both sides.  Easy, yummy, and quick. I served this with cilantro lime rice and corn. ImageImageImageImageImageImage
